Den Sommer 2024 hat Jim Coleman in Berlin verbracht, um zusammen mit seiner Lebensgefährtin der New Yorker Underground Filmemacherin Beth B. das Rahmenprogramm für ihre große Austellung im Silent Green zu gestalten und zu performen. Jetzt kommt der New York Noise Veteran (Cop Shot Cop) wieder mit seinem Projekt Human Impact nach Berlin welches er mit Chris Spencer (Unsane), Phil Puleo (Cop shot Cop, Swans) und Chris Pravdica (Swans, Xiu Xiu) gründet. Phil Puleo und Chris Pravdica sind inzwischen nicht mehr mit dabei. Sie haben mit den Swans ausreichend zu tun, aber nach wie vor ist die Band live ein explosives Quartett, welches zwischen Heavy Rock, Noise und Industrial operiert mit dem großartigen Chris Spencer an Vocals & Gitarre. Ihre neue Platte Gone Dark ist gerade bei bei Mike Pattons Label Ipecac erschienen.

Jim Coleman spent the summer of 2024 in Berlin together with his partner, New York underground filmmaker Beth B.  to design and perform the supporting program for her major exhibition at Silent Green. Now the New York noise veteran (Cop Shot Cop) is coming back to Berlin with his project Human Impact, which he founded with Chris Spencer (Unsane), Phil Puleo (Cop shot Cop, Swans) and Chris Pravdica (Swans, Xiu Xiu). Phil Puleo and Chris Pravdica are no longer involved. They have enough to do with the Swans, but live the band is still an explosive quartet operating between heavy rock, noise and industrial with the great Chris Spencer on vocals & guitar. Their new record Gone Dark has just been released on Mike Patton's label Ipecac.
